Werkzaamheden:
• This position is part of a business project team which is finalising the business support for a new initiative. The initiative is based around a new IT system, so this job would be suited for a candidate who is confident to work across the business-IT interface in large enterprises.
• Specific deliverables for this job will be a number of procedures, work instructions, communications materials and service management documents.
• This job is especially suited for candidates who are familiar with business or IT support processes (especially tiered support models), and who are good communicators and can manage themselves and their environment in a project-based manner.
• Within the 3 month assignment there will be a number of specific deliverables which must be documented, reviewed and signed off and the candidate will be expected to manage this whole cycle.
